PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS OF THE PALMS MOTEL DUBBO ACCOMMODATION

Up to 48 hours before, the motel will pre-auth your form of payment the total room charge plus a security deposit that will be, subject to the terms and conditions of the motel, refunded on departure.
***Please note that pre-auth releases can sometimes take up to a 2 weeks to release on debit cards and 1 day for credit cards. The hold up is the cardholders bank. It is for this reason we strongly recommend you providing us with a valid “credit card” on your booking. We are happy for you to pay by debit card or cash on arrival to mitigate the timing of your bank releasing the credit card pre-auth.
The person making the reservation and the hotel guest checking in must be over 18 years. To eliminate fraud all guests must provide photo identification and a valid credit card upon check in. Please check the number of guests and advise immiediately if it is incorrect. Excess people/beds used will be charged at the rate of $20 per person or bed above that reserved, including infants. <<<<
KING PALMS DELUXE
The King Palms Deluxe with Bath rooms are excellent for multi-sharing. They have either one queen bed with 2 or 3 single beds. all have air-conditioning, microwave, hairdryer, toaster, iron and tea & coffee making facilities. Cultery and crockery are provided from reception on request.
KING PALMS DELUXE WITH BATH
King Palms Deluxe rooms have a top of the range latex king bed for the best nights sleep. There is also a large flat screen TV, leather lounge, WI-FI. When booking this room, you can request a bath if available. Other inclusions are air-conditioning, microwave, hairdryer, toaster, iron and tea & coffee making facilities.
KING PALMS DELUXE WITH SPA
The King Palms Deluxe with Spa rooms feature a top of the range latex king bed, leather lounge and larger flat screen TV. The corner spa is located in the ensuite. All rooms include air-conditioning, microwave, hairdryer, toaster, iron and tea & coffee making facilities.
Superior Queen Room
The Standard Queen Plus 2 rooms are excellent for multi-sharing. They have either one queen bed with 2 or 3 single beds. all have air-conditioning, microwave, hairdryer, toaster, iron and tea & coffee making facilities. Cultery and crockery are provided from reception on request.
STANDARD QUEEN ROOM
The Standard Queen with Disability Access room sleep three people with a queen and single bed.Includes large flat screen TV with Foxtel, free WI-FI, air-conditioning, microwave, hairdryer, toaster, iron and tea & coffee making facilities.
